Human sexuality, depression, feminist perspectives, autism, women's studies, problem gambling, gender and laterality. These are just some of the areas you will study as a psychology major.

Whether your interests lie in applied psychology or the scientific part of it, UNB`s undergraduate psychology program will give you a strong foundation for an exciting, fruitful career or for further professional training.

A career in understanding humanity

With a major in psychology, you will be able to work at many different and exciting areas: mental health organizations, group homes, research institutions, non-profit organizations, public relations firms, and hospitals.

Within these areas, you can work in different types of positions as a psychologist, social worker, and a mental health counsellor to name a few.
