|   | The purpose of this workshop is to bring together tidal observations of various types
(radar, optical, satellite, wind, temperature, constituents, etc.) from four tidal campaigns (September 01 -
October 31, 2005, March 01 - April 30, 2007, and June01 - August 15, 2007, December 01, 2007 -
February 15, 2008), model predictions and historical records to produce a global picture of, and understanding of tidal oscillations. Scientists with observations from these campaign periods (or with an interest in atmospheric tides) are invited to attend and participate in the workshop. For more details on the observation types and data sampling see the CAWSES global Tidal Workshop website. Save on your conference fees by registering before July 18, 2008.
