Front desk

Check-in and check-out take place at the front desk, and students are also able to make inquiries, buy laundry change, replace lost/stolen keys, pick up parcels, and adjust meal plans.

Mail delivery

Incoming mail/letters are delivered to residence buildings each weekday and placed in student mailboxes by University or student janitorial staff. Parcels are held at the appropriate mailroom (DKT or Residence Administration), and a notification card is sent to the student receiving the parcel. To pick up a parcel, students must present the parcel card and their Student ID and then sign for the parcel. Students should check the schedule for pick-up times at their parcel pick-up location. Parcels should be insured.

Stamped, outgoing mail may be sent from the Residence Administration Building and the mailrooms in DKT.

In accordance with Canada Post policies, Residential Life, Campus & Conference Services is unable to send mail to a forwarding address when students leave residence and mail will be returned to the sender. Because of this, students who are leaving residence should ensure that they provide a forwarding address directly to anyone who would address mail to them in residence (friends, relatives, magazine and other subscriptions, banks & credit card companies, etc.).
