Refund Policy
Except for compassionate reasons, students who have signed the Eight Month Agreement (Sept. - April) or the Four Month Agreement (Sept. - Dec) and who withdraw from residence after the first week residence is open and students who have signed the Four Month Agreement (Jan. - April) and who withdraw from residence after the first week residence is open in January will be held liable for room rental for the remainder of the residence agreement unless suitable arrangements can be made with the Director, Residential Life to replace the student in the rented premises or the student is found to have compassionate grounds as determined by the Director, Residential Life.
Residence refunds shall be made in accordance with the Residence Refund Policy available from Residential Life, Campus & Conference Services, examples for an Eight Month Agreement are:
