Programs & services
The CHC staff provides basic primary health care for all clients.
All clients who use the facility as their full time provider receive a full history and physical during their initial visit.
Additional services include basic medical care (more serious problems will be referred appropriately), counselling and referral services to other community based services where appropriate.
In direct response to the funding mandate the first program developed was the Methadone program. Other programs will be developed as resources become available.
New programming will be based on the needs of the community being served.
Services offered
CHC offers a variety of services both within the CHC, and outside the CHC as well as Teaching and Research opportunities.
