Congratulations to the 2012 Trilateral Team which was awarded the prize for best factum at this year's Trilateral Moot Competition in Maine over the weekend of November 9-10th. Special thanks to recently appointed Queen's Counsel, Professor John McEovy, as the team's coach!
This year's problem was rooted in contract law and involved issues of the obligation to bargain in good faith, unconscionability, inequality of bargaining power and fundamental breach.
The 2012 Trilateral Moot Team is made up of Justin Caines, Emily Kingdon, Jennifer Weston and Justin Szmadyla (pictured below from left to right).
