Employment Opportunity - Tenure Track Position
The Faculty of Law invites applications for one tenure track position at the Assistant or Associate level. The appointment, which is subject to budgetary approval, takes effect on 1 July 2007.
The Faculty welcomes applications from outstanding scholars who will enrich teaching and research and contribute actively to the University community and beyond. The Faculty has a particular interest in candidates who have teaching and research interests in the fields of taxation law and / or core private law areas such as contracts, business organizations, remedies and insurance.
UNB’s Faculty of Law is a collegial community with a deep commitment to its 240 students, offering a strong and well-rounded LL B programme in an attractive setting. The Hon G.V. La Forest is distinguished scholar in residence. Founded in 1892, the Faculty is home to the UNB Law Journal/Revue de droit de l’U N-B. Situated in the capital city of New Brunswick, the Faculty offers many opportunities for collaborative work both inside and outside the University. Candidates will have a strong academic record and will have or will be completing graduate degree(s) in law. They will have a record of or potential for teaching and research.
