Citation Race 2007

Drew Speight, Jon Greenan, Jess White and Katherine SmirleIn blatant disregard of the Gerard V. La Forest Law Library's "no talking" policy, the annual Ludlow Citation Race was held on March 16th. Teams representing first, second, and third year students, as well as a faculty team and a library assistants team, raced around the Library searching for the obscure and well hidden books referred to in their respective lists of citations.

Although the results of the race were frought with controversy (requiring a grudge match), in the end, the winning team was the third year students, pictured above, from left to right: Drew "Obi won Kenobi" Speight, Jon "They fired me from Hooters, damnit" Greenan, Jess "I know this is fixed" White, Kathrine "If I don't win this year I'm coming back next yeaer" Smirle.

Proceeds of the Citation Race were donated to the Elizabeth Fry Society. Congratulations to all participants.
