Ivan C. Rand Memorial Lecture: Christine Boyle

Christine Boyle On March 15th, 2007, UNB Law hosted the annual Ivan C. Rand Memorial Lecture. This year's guest speaker was Professor Christine Boyle from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law. The title of Professor Boyle's lecture was ”First Rate Fact Finding: Reasonable Inferences in Criminal Trials."

In conjunction with the Rand Lecture, on March 16th, UNB Law hosted a panel discussion on fact finding in the context of equality issues. The panel members were:
