Professor MacArthur joined the Faculty in July of 2008 after several years in private practice where he was a tax partner with the Toronto law firm Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. He teaches Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, Personal Taxation and Corporate Taxation.
