UNB Law Award for Teaching Excellence

Call for Nomination Letters

The Teaching Excellence award was created in 2010 by a committee with student and faculty representation after broad consultation with the Ludlow community.

Students and faculty are encouraged to submit letters to the Selection Committee recommending faculty for nomination for the award.  The letters should outline why a particular faculty member deserves recognition for teaching excellence.  These letters will assist the Selection Committee in short-listing up to three nominees and selecting the ultimate recipient.  Only those faculty who have been recommended by students or other faculty will be considered by the Committee for the award. The names of the short-listed nominees will be publicized and students, faculty and other interested persons will be invited to provide comments to the Selection Committee.

Award Eligibility

The award is open to all full-time faculty members and stipend lecturers, except the Dean of Law.
