Master of Science in Forestry
If you want to conduct innovative research on a topic you are passionate about while developing the skills that will give you an advantage in your career, then choose our Master of Science in Forestry (MScF) program.
Whether you want to spend six months studying seabirds on a deserted island off the coast of Honolulu or examine the effects of industrial forest operations on water quality closer to home, you can tailor your program to suit your interests.
As part of the MScF program, which ordinarily takes two years, you will develop a research proposal on a topic of your choosing, complete a thesis as well as an approved course program. You have the option of studying full-time or part-time.

Requirements
To apply for this program, you must have a Bachelor's degree with a first or second division standing in forestry or a related discipline from a recognized university.
