Silver Rings presented from each of the schools: MCFT, UdeM, and then UNB

Gold Medal presentation from each school: UdeM, UNB then MCFT.

 

At this time we need to know how many dinner tickets will be required as well as the dinner choice (see below). 

 

Students/Guests/ Faculty must choose between 1 or 2 as a dinner option at time of ticket purchase.

Cost for everyone is $40 per plate.  Dinner for students that are receiving their CIF Silver ring are sponsored, and therefore will be free, but I still need to know their dinner choice.

 

Dinner will include:

Fresh rolls with butter,

Boston Bibb with Fresh Berries and Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

1)      Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast with Warm Basil Sauce, Wild Rice Pilaf and Broccoli Spears tossed in Shallot Butter  OR

2)      St. George Cedar Plank Salmon with Grilled Mustard Potatoes and Glazed Root Vegetables.

 

Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake with Candied Hazelnuts

Coffee or tea.
