Scholarships and Awards

TME students can win scholarships and prizes awarded on both academic excellence and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Dr. Alan Y. McLean Memorial Prize

The Dr. Alan Y. McLean Memorial Prize is awarded annually to the TME graduate with the highest academic standing in three core TME courses. It is valued at a minimum of $550 and also includes a book award. Dr. McLean designed the Diploma Program around his strong beliefs and ideals:
"...technological developments are driving three kinds of change to which higher education should respond, i.e., the rapidity of technological obsolescence necessitates lifetime learning, new corporate structures require new people skills, and the rise in importance of small, new companies creates a demand for entrepreneurial skills."
