Mechanical Engineering Graduate Student Conference (MEGSC)

The objective of this conference is to provide a forum for discussion and dissemination of knowledge among graduate students in the general area of mechanical engineering. The goal is to enable two streams of graduate students; those senior graduate students who have built their knowledge and expertise in their field of study, and new graduate students, to get together and interact.  The hope is that this forum will fulfill this objective and help maintain our high research ranking in the university.  Proceedings will be published so it may be claimed on your CV. 

All graduate students are encouraged to participate.

The purpose of this conference is to provide students with an opportunity to polish written and oral presentation skills in a friendly "in house" environment and to receive positive peer and faculty feedback on thier work.  Proceedings will be published so it may be claimed on your CV.  This is an excellent opportunity for a practice run of your thesis topic prior to your actual presentation.  Topics are not restriced to thesis work, and may include any engineering related field.
