Forms
Graduate students are required to attend at least FOUR oral presentations per term. The oral presentations can be in other departments and faculties in the University, and can include research proposals and invited lectures (but not class presentations or those associated with conferences). The students present the form above to the session chair for signature indicating attendance. Each term the form will be submitted at the same time as the Annual Progress Report and placed in the student's file. For MScE and MEng degrees a minimum of THREE completed forms will be required. For the PhD a minimum of FIVE completed forms will be required for graduation.
In total MScE and MEng will require 15 signatures and PhD will require 25 signatures to complete the degree requirements.
