Our mission is to meet the needs of our changing society by educating tomorrow's civil engineers and by advancing knowledge in Civil Engineering.
Programs of Study
The Department of Civil Engineering offers research-based programs of study leading to the degrees of Master of Engineering (MEng), Master of Science in Engineering (MScE), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering. The normal duration for the MEng or MScE program is 24 months. The normal duration for the PhD program is 36 months.

MEng - research oriented degree with emphasis on course work although a report on a significant aspect of engineering in the area of specialization is required. Click here for more information.
