M.Eng (Environmental Engineering)

M.Eng. (Master of Engineering) in environmental studies is an M.Eng. degree with a designation of "Environmental Studies". This multidisciplinary program is intended to provide Masters' students with a broad exposure in environmental studies, an in-depth study in their engineering specializations, and a mechanism for the development of independent skills.

The overview of the program is given in the following:

  • This MEng program is open to B.Sc. and B.Sc.E. degree holders.
  • Common Courses of 12 ch are mandatory, allowing a broad exposure in environmental studies.
  • Technical Electives of 18 ch, of which at least 14 ch must be from Engineering Faculty, are selected for an emphasis on engineering specializations.
  • A Project/Report of 6 ch is optional as a Technical Elective.
  • The optional CO-OP program is available for qualified students to have term employment with companies specializing in environmental engineering business
