Course Requirements
This page is intended to provide students with specific information regarding required and recommended courses for the UNB Mechanical Engineering Program. Information provided here should be used in conjunction with the UNB Undergraduate Calendar. Information specific to transfer students from Acadia and UPEI may be found here. If you have any additional questions, please contact the department.
Pre- and Co-Requisites
All students not having the necessary pre- and/or co-requisite(s) required to be registered in any M.E. course will be automatically withdrawn after the last day to withdraw date. A grade of "W" (Withdrawn) will be shown on the academic record. This policy will be strictly enforced for all courses.
In an effort to help with course selection and planning, the ME department has created a new prerequisite spreadsheet (PRS) which can be downloaded. You will be capable of updating this table as you progress through your program which, in turn, will highlight the courses for which your prerequisites have been met.
