Hiring process

The following outlines the steps required to hire a University of New Brunswick Engineering co-op student:

  1. Develop a job description
  2. Request a password to post in job bank
  3. Review student applications in job bank
  4. Select applicants for interview using job bank
  5. For you convenience, schedule interviews through the co-op office
  6. Rank candidates in order of preference using the job bank
  7. Select successful candidates and fax/email offer letter to the co-op office
  8. Acceptance of the offer
  9. Confirmation of terms of employment by the co-op office
