Online Application for Graduate Studies
Instructions for the completion of the application form:- Before completing the application form, please read the Faculty of Computer Science's graduate admission requirements. In particular, international students should note the requirements for the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).
- The letter of
recommendation forms, available here in PDF format,
should be given to three
persons who are familiar with
your
academic record and who are qualified to give an opinion regarding your
fitness for graduate study. These persons must then return the
completed form directly to the address below.
NOTE: At least one, and preferably more than one, letter of reference must be from the university at which you were most recently registered in a degree program.
- Two official copies of transcripts from your previous university or college records must be mailed to the address below. Otherwise arrangements must be made for transcripts to be sent directly by the institutions. For institutions that do not issue transcripts, arrangements must be made for two copies of an official statement concerning the program completed and class of degree awarded to be sent to the address below. Transcripts in languages other than English must be accompanied by an authenticated English translation.
- A $50.00 application fee is required and must be submitted in order for the processing of your application to take place. For suggested methods of payment, please see the instructions for submitting application fees.
- Applicants who reside
outside Canada are strongly advised to
send their letters of reference, transcripts and application fee
(unless wired) by air mail. All correspondence should be sent to the
