Common printing issues:

1) Load Manual Feeder - Occurs when someone has attempted to print with a paper size other than 8.5x11. Some PDF files contain paper size info that is incorrect and can cause this issue.
    SOLUTION: Check to see if 8.5x11 paper has been selected.

2) Send print job and nothing prints
     a. Usually occurs when student is out money on their UCard or
     b. Sometimes this occurs with PDF files.
    SOLUTION:
     a. Check your UCard balance in UCard Online (accessed through the myUNB Portal). You need to have money in your UCard Cash account or Print Refunds/Dept. Charges account to cover the cost of your print job.
     b. Most PDF viewers will have an option to "print file as image" use this option to print.

3) Tray 1 out of paper - This only means that tray 1 is out of paper there are 3 trays in total. 
     SOLUTION: The printer will automatically print from the other 2.


IF ALL SOLUTIONS FAIL - For any errors that occur on the printer that can't be resolved.
SOLUTION: print to another printer in the printers list. Examples (gc112, id415, id414, gc127, gd108, gd117, gd118, gd124, and hb17)
