Leonard is the Manager, Wu Conference Centre, specializing in customer service, promoting and maintaining state of the art technical services at the Centre. These technical services are recognized by clients visiting from away, as services unrivaled by larger Conference facilities they have visited.
Acting as a contact for troubleshooting and problem solving for meeting planners, presenters, and attendees, Leonard manages the day to day operations of the Centre and enjoys meeting and working with clients coming to the Wu Centre from Fredericton, as well as international conference delegates.
Leonard says, “I feel working at the Wu Conference Centre, which has a reputation for being state of the art, has been a challenge. It is a challenge I enjoy, and I take pride in keeping the Centre current with technical upgrades as well as keeping the Centre fresh with interior upgrades. At the Wu Centre, we have clients who go out of their way to tell us how great it is coming to our facility because they don’t have to worry about anything, and how great the technical support, catering and overall service is at the Wu Centre. It is very rewarding to hear that the team and the facility are so well received”.
Outside of UNB, you will find Leonard busy with his twin teenage sons enjoying motorcycling, downhill skiing and biking and always busy with building projects with his family at home.
