Equipment Pool

CETL has an extensive pool of audio-visual, multimedia and instructional technology hardware to support academic and administrative needs.  This equipment is managed through the CETL Equipment Pool and is often provided for free to UNB Faculty/Staff and Students for academic functions.  In addition, the Equipment Pool provides an equipment delivery service designed to get the right equipment to the right classrooms at the right time.

We have everything from HD Camcorders, PA Systems, and Data Projectors, to short-term and long-term laptop rentals.  These rentals are often free for UNB Faculty/Staff and Students for academic use.  More »

Who Can Request Equipment?

UNB loans equipment to UNB faculty, staff and students as well as external organizations.  There may be a charge for borrowing equipment depending on who is borrowing the equipment and for what purpose.  Fees are applied if equipment is returned beyond the due date or lost. More »

Training

If you've been assigned to a room that you haven't used before, contact the Equipment Pool to book a 1-on-1 training session. We can assess the room's availability and work around your schedule to assure you are well prepared for your class. More »
