Videoconferencing Units
CETL provides needs assessments, design services, general consultation services and recommends equipment that conform to UNB videoconferencing standards as determined by CETL. Once funds have been identified we obtain cost estimates and provide purchasing assistance.
If purchases are made with CETL assistance, we will install the videoconferencing hardware and provide tier 2 support to the departmental staff member assigned to provide end-user support. In some cases, due to the nature and scope of the request, a Facilities Management Project will need to be involved in the process. CETL repairs or facilitates repairs of video conferencing equipment that conforms to university standards and is purchased with their assistance.
