Videoconferencing

Please contact our Classroom Technology Support to discuss your videoconferencing needs.  Once your needs have been assessed, we will setup the reservation, room access, and provide training as needed.

Facilities

UNBF has two videoconferencing rooms on campus:

  • MacLaggan Hall - Room 015 - Is designed for use as a videoconference classroom. All regularly scheduled courses requiring videoconferencing take place here. The capacity of this room is 35.
  • Marshall d'Avary Hall - Room 126 - Located in the Eaton Multimedia Centre in Marshall d'Avary, this videoconferencing room is designed as a boardroom, catering to all one-time videoconference events such as meetings and interviews. No classes are held here. The capacity of this room is 20.

Please Note: MacLaggan 015 and EMC126 are reserved exclusively for UNB academic and administrative use. All commercial videoconference requests will be referred to the Wu Conference Centre.
