Human Resources Management
What is Human Resources Management?
Human resources (HR) is all about attracting, motivating and retaining the most qualified employees in positions to which they are best suited. The primary concern of HR is to handle employee relations, contracts, performance reviews, benefits, and pension plans, among other things. While human resources professionals manage these tasks, they also consult with top executives regarding strategic planning and developing and changing policies. HR managers establish the workplace ethics, code of conduct, employee handbooks/training programs, and reward programs.
