Phil began working for NB-IRDT in July 2014 as a Research Associate. His current research interests include health human resources, education economics and the health effects of education. He has a PhD in economics from McMaster University.
Prior to his doctoral work, Phil spent over five years working in the program evaluation unit of Human Resources and Skills Development in Ottawa, evaluating Employment Insurance and post-secondary education funding programs.
