Research Interests: My research interests cover many areas of organizational psychology, and also overlap with research in psychometrics and quantitative methods. Topics on which I have conducted research include: Personnel selection; Personnel retention; Evaluation of workplace training programs; Harassment in the workplace; other topics related to organizations and the people within those organizations; Development of psychometrically sound and defensible tests and measures.

Teaching Interests: statistics, research design.
