  2. The cognitive variables that impact the career development and decision-making process of youth and young adults.
  3. The ethical practice of counselling and the development of professional counselling identity.
  4. The unique career development process and needs of students and young adults with disabilities.
  5. The characteristics of educators who choose to teach overseas.

Areas of thesis/dissertation supervision

I am open to supervising theses and dissertations on a wide range of specific research questions, as long as the topic falls within my general area of expertise - career development and cognitive psychology. However, my preference is to work with students whose research interests align most closely with my own. As the majority of my research has been conducted using quantitative methods, I am most comfortable supervising a student using these methods.
