Time(s):
01:00 PM - 05:00 PM

Fredericton
Location:
Fredericton

Event Details:

Guided by print artist Kaylee Stevens, participants will learn several methods of printmaking. We will use found objects to create texture in polystyrene, inspired by the work of Kandinsky. We will explore monochromatic prints, and for the braver souls, Kaylee will show Picasso's method of reductive, or 'suicide' printmaking, using several inks to create layered prints with a single linoleum block.

Please dress to make a mess, and bring any reference images or inspirational materials you will need to create a meaningful series of linocut prints.
