An eight-week yoga class will begin January 24 on the Saint John campus. It will be held every Friday, from 12-12:50 p.m., in the Table Tennis Room. (Class will not be held during the March break.)
The cost is $30 and the deadline to register is Wednesday, Jan. 22. Registration must be paid at the time of registration in the Athletics Office, room 101.
Increase balance, stability and inner strength through this 50-minute yoga class. The class blends a variety of yoga traditions, and combines breathing techniques with postures to foster a focused, alert, yet calm mind. Return to your day feeling more energized and refreshed. All are welcome, whether new to or continuing in yoga. Wear comfortable clothing, yoga mats are provided.
