The NB Social Policy Research Network is hosting a first-of-its-kind weekend workshop to support academic researchers and students in developing research projects for external impact.
The theme of this event will be policies that support economic development in New Brunswick.
Whether you work in economics, sociology, anthropology, business, or simply have an interest in policy development we want to see you there.

This event is open to undergraduate, graduate students, post-docs and individuals who have an interest in policy.
With the guidance of mentors from academia as well as government and community, participants will develop impactful research questions to inform economic development policy in New Brunswick. By the end of the weekend, participants will have completed a research plan including a literature review and presentation of their findings, with the chance to win the top prize!
