Culinary Management

Fanshawe CollegeGraduates of the two-year (4-semester) Culinary Management program at Fanshawe College, who have attained an overall program average of 70%, will be eligible to enter year three of the four year Bachelor of Applied Management – Hospitality & Tourism (BAMHT) at the University of New Brunswick Saint John.

In addition to the regular program requirements for the BAMHT these students, prior to graduation, will be expected to complete BA3705 (Business Law) or its equivalent, and Economics 1013 (Micro Economics) or Economics 1023 (Macro Economics) or an equivalent and HTM 1103 (Introduction to Tourism).

Where possible, these will not increase the total course requirements for the degree. With the permission of Fanshawe College, these courses may be taken within their current program and evidence of course of study communicated to UNB Saint John at the time of application.

Golf Club Management

Graduates of the two-year (4-semester) Golf Club Management program at Fanshawe College, who have attained an overall program average of 70%, will be eligible to enter year three of the four year Bachelor of Applied Management – Hospitality & Tourism (BAMHT) at the University of New Brunswick Saint John.
