Financial Aid

The Federal Government offers two programs of financial assistance for part-time students:

  1. Canada Student Loan Program for Part-time Students
  2. Canada Study Grants for High-need Part-time Students and Students with Dependents

Some Provinces offer support for full-time students during May through August (Summer Term). Contact the UNB Financial Aid Office, Room 109, in the Alumni Memorial Building.

red block Recognizes participation in and contribution to the university and/or participation in and contribution to their community at large, and life considerations.
red block Applicants must write a letter to the selection committee to address these topics.

The Joyce Kennedy Adult Learner Award

red block Applicants must be Canadian citizens or have landed immigrant status and must have completed the equivalent of one year of university study (4 full credits or 24 credit hours).

Mary Cone Barrie Scholarship Award
