Practice of Mindfulness
Meaning and the practice of mindfulness: This course explores our experience of meaning and draws a connection between these experiences and practices of mindfulness. This broad topic is explored in a careful light-hearted manner. Attendees will learn some basic mindfulness practices which they can apply to their daily lives.

Course fee: $170 (+ HST)
About the instructor: Paul Kasdan began meditation practice when he was 12 years old and has studied tai chi since the age of 14. Paul is now a little older than that and continues these practices for health and well-being. He has shared his skills and knowledge throughout the years by organizing classes and workshops. In addition to a career in orthopedic footwear and clinical software development, his primary interest is helping others approach questions about the meaning of life. "I think every human is in search of more meaning. I do not adhere to any particular belief system as answers to these questions but feel that meditation and tai chi practices can be a gateway to explore mindfulness."
