Painting with Watercolours 1

Explore watercolours for your first time or expand your watercolour practice through experimentation. In this class, we’ll work with a variety of tools and application techniques while discovering the unique properties of this medium. The course will include hands-on experimentation through quick exercises and the development of several more resolved pieces. This course is appropriate for beginners as well as those who are more experienced and looking for inspiration, new ideas or new directions in their practice.

Course fee: $180 (plus HST)           

About the instructor: Molly Davidson is a recent graduate of the NB College of Craft and Design in Fredericton. She currently works as a full-time artist in New Brunswick. Molly's primary artistic realms are pottery and making creations with found objects, creating natural collages. She shares her natural exuberance and a great "It's art- it can't be wrong" attitude with her students. With her extensive background in drawing, painting and sculpture, and teaching younger students with UNB Design Works, Molly is excited to start working with adult artists.
