This hands-on course teaches students to prepare, decorate and complete original cake designs. Students develop skills in icing cakes, working with flower nails and lily flower nails, making flowers with Buttercream and Royal Icing, leaves, writing, working with icing colors, borders, stringwork and much more.

About the Instructor: Krista has been decorating cakes for the last 8 years and teaching cake decorating for the last 6 years. She decided to take cake decorating classes when Michaels first opened up in Saint John, as she loves to bake and wanted to be able to decorate my baked goods to look as good as they tasted.
Krista is the Chapter Administrator for the Canadian Cake Decorators Guild - Saint John Chapter and a Wilton Method instructor. For more info go to:
