Advanced French

CCOM 2720

Improve your fluency in conversational French. To get the full benefit of this class, it is recommended that you have some fluency, and have completed French Intermediate Level 2 or have the equivalent knowledge of the language. You should be able to talk in the present, past and future tenses, and be able to discuss your daily routine, as well as the weather. You are also capable of introducing and describing yourself, and your family and friends. You are capable of making more complex sentences using relative pronouns (qui, que, dont, où) and you are familiar with the passé composé and its rules with the agreement of the past participle.

Having retired from the public service, Théo went into teaching French as a second language and has been teaching both part-time & full-time for the past 20 years. He has been associated with International, National and Provincial language schools where he benefitted from their training and programs.
His students have been members of the Canadian Government, various professionals, new Canadians, and others from all walks of life. Théo has taught every level of French language needs from beginner to advanced.
Théo is a dedicated teacher who believes that the success of his students is the most important aspect of his teaching. Seeing his students succeed brings tremendous pride and satisfaction to his work.
