Fiction Writing 1

This course is for people who want to write, but aren't quite sure what to write about, or how to get started. We will explore the basics of short fiction, novel-length fiction, non-fiction, creative non-fiction and drama. The emphasis will be on developing compelling stories from the ground up, and finding your unique voice as a writer.

About the instructor: Abby has spent the last 20 years carving “who shot JR moments” into technical courses, speeches, proposals, and everything in between for Fortune 500 companies.  A method writer with a Hemingway swagger and a True Detective heart, Abby has climbed telephone poles, sat in courtrooms, and hiked in the woods alone after dark to get a good story.
