These arts reside and are interconnected somewhere in all of us. Take this opportunity to understand what talent you have hidden away, and let it flourish.
Stories from you and from me, illustrations from those stories and some Improvisational Theatre to enhance your artistic expression... Put them all together and realize your potential or just have fun!

Course fee: $135.00 plus HST
About the Instructor: The arts captured Joan Meade at a very early age. Drawing, painting, acting, literature: all led to a career of teaching; then Storytelling and a world of Theatre. This class is designed to extract and develop those hidden powers within us all; to combine them and surprise ourselves with our collective abilities.
Joan has told her stories across Canada, in Tokyo, Ireland and the US. She has participated in: acting or directing, more than100 productions. She's taught Improvisational Theatre in schools and at UNB. Summerhouse Theatre, Characters Incorporated, G&S. Saint John Opera Company, Rothesay Playhouse are all part of her repertoire. She is still teaching watercolor, most recently with EdVentures and at Stepping Stone Senior Centre.
