Continue to develop your wine appreciation skills in Part Two of this introductory Wine Appreciation series. Join J.C. Bezile and Sommelier Chris MacDonald in their comfortable, yet informative approach to understanding wine. You’ll explore all aspects of wine appreciation and winemaking, as well as gain valuable knowledge about wine producing countries, regions and grape varieties. Through practical tastings, you’ll be exposed to the diverse range of styles, flavours and nuances that today’s fine wines offer. Whether you’re an interested novice or a seasoned pro looking for a “refresher”, Part Two of this Wine Appreciation series is for you….Cheers!

About the instructors: Chris Macdonald and Jean-Charles (J.C.) Belzile have delivered numerous educational workshops together. Chris is a UNB Alumnus, graduating in 1997 with his BSc. Chris has been a CAPS Certified Sommelier since 2006 and has nine years experience in the beverage and alcohol industry. He has a strong passion for wine, beer and spirit education.
J.C. Belzile is a graduate of the Quebec Tourism Institute. He has worked in the food and beverage industry for 25 years. In 1998, J. C. started his work in the beverage industry as a sales representative and has worked in that capacity ever since. He is a wine enthusiast and a bon vivant.
