With Sommelier Chris MacDonald and JC Belzille as your guides, you’ll explore various food and wine pairings - examining the qualities of a wine, such as its sugar, acid, alcohol level and tannins, and how those characteristics can be accentuated or minimized when paired with certain foods.  You’ll also be introduced to a variety of wine types and a selection of foods.
