About the instructor: Originally from Woodstock N.B., Wendy Forrest moved to Fredericton in 1989. She graduated in 1996 from the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) majoring in Clay. From there, she opened her own studio, Forrest Pottery, in her home in Mazerolle Settlement. Wendy began a production line and attended retail and wholesale shows across Atlantic Canada. She also taught at NBCCD and from her studio. Wendy has since discontinued her production line, but rediscovered her love of hand-building. She now teaches from her studio and her work focuses on creating one of-a-kind pieces, combining her love of nature and the female form.
