Buon Giorno – ‘Good Day’.  Learn the skills of basic conversational Italian through the appreciation of Italian food, whether you’re planning a trip to Italy or just want to learn Italian for fun. Each class will begin with an authentic Italian recipe from one of the unique regions of Italy.  This is not a cooking course but it is a course which will inspire you to speak Italian and to cook with authentic Italian ingredients.  This is a beginner’s course which will focus on the fundamentals of the Italian language. You will learn common words and phrases which will make it easy for you to ask basic questions, decipher an Italian menu, and understand merchants at the local market.  Buon Appetito!
