Good Night, Sleep Tight

Yearning for a good night's sleep? Do you wake-up with an endless "to do" list running through your head; fall back to sleep just before the alarm goes off; or drink gallons of coffee just to make it through the day? Then this workshop is for you.

There are many reasons for sleep problems. Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), you'll explore obstacles that keep you sleep deprived and uncover possible solutions. EFT is based on the idea that imbalances in the body's energy system have profound effects on both your emotional and physical wellness.
The final result....a good night's sleep!

About the instructor: Linda Morehouse has been a social worker in Fredericton since 1994. She is also an E.F.T. Practitioner, and has been trained in Reflexology, Reiki, Meditation, Education, and Counseling. Her practice is based on both Carol Look and Gary Craig's teachings and philosophies.
