Enriching Your Life

CCOM 4044

Our days are often spent rushing from one task to another. When was the last time you took time to nurture yourself and contribute to your own well-being? The focus of this workshop is to explore the many parts of your self-concept and to gain more insight, reduce stress and have a clearer sense of your self-perception. One technique used will be creative visualization. This is an opportunity to relax your conscious mind and picture yourself in a very calm setting, thus helping to free your mind from worry and stress. In addition, a variety of other self-reflective activities will be provided that have the potential to increase your self-esteem and self-knowledge.

Presented in a comfortable, relaxed environment, this workshop is a day for you to identify and remind you of your strengths and inner vision. By enriching your “self", you will enrich your life…Think. Grow. Imagine. Be.
