Beginner’s Acoustic Guitar II

guitar imageTake your Acoustic Guitar skills to the next level. Become more comfortable with using different picking and strumming techniques and expand your knowledge of chords and their uses in music. This group class is a fun way to get the most out of your guitar.

Materials: Along with your guitar, please bring a music stand (approximately $11 at Tony's Music Box). A text ($11): Alfred's Basic Guitar Method, Course #1, can be ordered from Tony's Music Box.

About the Instructor: Jonathan Dutcher is a Fredericton native who loves music. He has studied classical music at Mount Allison University and jazz at St. Francis Xavier. Fredericton's lively arts scene has drawn him back to the city, where he now teaches piano and guitar. Along with accompanying the UNB chorale and private students, he also plays in various groups around town including Dub Antenna, Weak Size Fish, Tumba Sound, and Vinyl2bits.
