This learning opportunity will focus on the legal requirements for conducting procedurally correct workplace harassment investigations. It will teach you the four main categories of harassment, using real examples based from cases in New Brunswick and Canada. You will learn how to approach the investigative process from beginning to end in a comprehensive, sequential, and orderly manner.

Sally Wells
Sally Wells has a background in Social Work and Law. She is a New Brunswick based workplace consultant, specializing in respectful workplace policy, conflict management, mediation and team development. In addition to her professional practice Sally teaches at UNB in the faculties of Law and Sociology. She is a Labour Relations instructor at UNB’s College of Extended Learning in the Human Resources Management Professional Development Certificate program. Sally also writes a weekly column for the weekend Telegraph Journal, focusing on workplace issues.
