As today’s workplaces become increasingly diverse, organizations are discovering that their employee profiles can also be classified into four different generations: Matures, Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials. In their efforts to manage high level organizational performance, managers must also be equipped to manage the different generations that can add further complexity to the many layers of diversity that exists in today’s workplaces. This workshop will serve as a forum where participants will explore how to build effective working relationships that will expand their capacity to manage multigenerational work environments.
